PROBLEM

  • It is hard to know which healthy options are actually healthy. Brands constantly promote healthy products and social media debunks it. Consumers have a hard time trusting companies especially when it comes to health.

GOALS

SOLUTION

  • To gain the trust of consumers, we decided to use nutrition staff in most promotional materials, that way when a customer comes in the store, they know who to talk to, and makes it a little less intimidating to ask for help. We asked staff to share personal stories and directed them to talk as if they were speaking to a friend.

  • To sucessfully promote brands, we tied it back into nutrition staff videos, testimonials, and new to shoppe promotions. We would occasionally add them into memes that we would create to easily relate to consumers.

  • To grow the online presence of Sunflower Shoppe, we cross promoted materials on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook and redirected consumers to the Shoppe’s website in all materials.

RESULTS

  • Client said that 85% customers were coming in directly off of posts they had seen across social platforms and were asking for specific products that were featured in posts.

  • Sunflower Shoppe had a 33.5% growth rate across social platforms for 2023
